Water-Only Pressure Washing in DC, Bethesda & Northern Virginia

Patios, walkways and steps come back to their true color with water and care alone. We use no chemicals, algae treatments or sealants, so your plantings, stonework and finishes are protected and nothing is left behind but a clean surface.

  • Always on time
  • Same-day, 24/7
  • Cleanup included

Pressure Washing, done to our standard

Clean stone and masonry make a property look cared for. We wash patios, terraces, walkways and entry steps with water only, adjusting pressure and tip to the surface so bluestone, brick, flagstone and concrete are cleaned, not scarred. Plantings are wet down and shielded first, and runoff is directed away from the beds.

Water-only is a deliberate choice. We don't apply chemical cleaners, algae or moss treatments, or sealants. If a surface needs one of those, we'll tell you plainly and refer you to a specialist rather than improvise.

Questions

Pressure Washing FAQ

Do you offer pressure washing near me in Bethesda, Potomac or McLean?

Yes. We offer water-only pressure washing of patios, walkways and steps across Bethesda, Potomac, Great Falls, McLean and Washington, DC.

Do you use chemicals or cleaning solutions?

No. Our pressure washing is water-only. We don't use chemical cleaners, bleach, algae or moss treatments, or sealants. Pressure, tip and technique do the work.

Will pressure washing damage my stone, brick or siding?

We match pressure and tip to the surface, and we test a small area first on older mortar and softer stone. For siding we use a gentle, low-pressure, water-only rinse where the material allows it. If a surface is too delicate, we'll say so rather than risk it.

Can you remove algae, moss or stains?

Water alone lifts loose dirt, pollen and a good deal of surface growth, but we don't apply algae killers or stain treatments. If something remains, we'll tell you plainly and can refer you to a specialist.

Do you seal the patio afterward?

No. We don't apply sealants or finishes. We wash, rinse and leave the surface clean.

Do you wash large driveways?

Our focus is patios, terraces, walkways and steps. Large driveways are usually better suited to a dedicated power-washing company, and we'll tell you honestly.

What do you need from me?

Access to an outdoor water spigot. If water access is difficult, mention it when you text and we'll plan around it.

Can you combine this with a leaf cleanup or patio furniture setup?

Yes. Washing the patio after a seasonal cleanup and before outdoor furniture goes out is a natural sequence, and we can do it in one visit.

Ready for pressure washing without the hassle?
